I experienced this NSV two weeks ago at forever 21 while I was looking around with my boyfriend. The bracelets have NEVER fit my wrists. I got to wear regular watches a couple of months ago, but not skinny girl bracelets. Anyway, I tried one on without even thinking and I was like…heeeyyyyy wait that FITS!
And I finally bought some bracelets (and earrings) today from Charming Charlie :)
